The Datasphere is projected to grow from 33 zettabytes in 2018 to a mind-boggling 175ZB by 2025.
As stated in the latest “Data Age 2025” whitepaper by IDC, technology-driven data are going to soar exponentially in the near future.
Supported by public cloud services, such as AWS, Azure and GCP, end users will be able to store larger amounts of personal and corporate data produced by their PCs, smart phones and IoT devices.
Businesses are advised to start preparing today for the coming changes in the way people will handle information in five years time. The average person will have nearly 5,000 digital interactions per day by 2025, up from 700 today.
