Energize Kickboxing was launched back in 2005 by Coach Carl Thomas. The aim was simple.. to create the very best kickboxing academy in the UK. Over the years we have developed the most supportive martial arts environment there is with a fantastic team of passionate coaches and supporters.

Sessions for Everyone
At Energize we have classes for every age group from our Tiny Titans at age 4 all the way up to our teens and adults. Classes include the following,
Tiny Titans – Age 4 – 7
Little Dragons – Age 7 – 10
Juniors – Age 10 – 13
Teens Adults – Age 13+
